Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume releases, launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country. JACK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.

JACK is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, JACK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
